Our Founder
Joshua Swink
Having served 20 years in the Light Infantry as a Non-Commissioned Officer I was fortunate to hold every position in a rifle platoon, serve as the Senior Marksmanship Instructor for the famed 10th Mountain Division, teach SROTC and lead soldiers as both a U.S. Army Drill Sergeant and Pathfinder Platoon Sergeant. As a Senior Trainer in the Army, I learned through a career of experience what is expected of leaders and how to teach, coach, train, mentor, and counsel team members and individuals to learn and grow.
I am an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), certified Servant Leader Master Trainer (CSL-MT), leader, educator and teammate who strives to help others learn and grow. As a student of leadership and business I offer a unique perspective that can help organizations learn to be successful at all levels. Leadership and followership are skills that require learning and development. It is a practice that can be fundamental when learned.
All teams deserve great leadership. We can work together to develop that.
